Caveat Emptor . This is my experience of this place - Mine was bad, yours may be different . I went there for 4 wheel alignment 3 years ago. Travelled 50 miles to this place specifically because they have Hunter 4 wheel laser alignment equipment. I was charged for 4 wheel alignment but I had suspicions they only did the fronts because they were so quick. When I questioned the print out that I examined when I got home ( that clearly showed that no adjustments had been made) they tried to fob me off. Emails were exchanged where they promised me it had been adjusted. Within a year one of my fairly new and expensive (£200) rear tyres was bald on the outside. Being a trusting kind of chap, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back for another 4 wheel alignment check. Same sketch - 30 mins for a full alignment ( no chance) . Also messed up the front steering angle sensor , so went straight back and had them re adjust the front tracking ( they were not to happy to readjust it either) Asked for a printout but " Sorry Mate, no ink in the printer". Car still felt terrible to drive so a few days later went to a specialist garage that showed me that the adjusters on the rear were seized solid and had never been touched. Voted with my feet and have not been back since. I now use a specialist garage that does a proper and reliable 4 wheel alignment service. Yes , it costs a lot more at the specialist garage but at least I am not wearing away expensive tyres. However, despite the poor service from the wheel alignment section, the staff within the showroom itself were always very pleasant and attentive, offering tea and coffee to us.
Got a car on hp in April. Told there was no problems with the car and rest assured with the ultimate care cover for 6 months. Now in December my drive way is full of oil and looking at the mot it is mentioned there was an oil leak which was hidden behind the ultimate care cover within the paper work. Having got somebody to look at the car, it's apparent the sump plug had not been tightened properly leading to the oil leakage. So the service carried out on the car before I picked it up eva never happened or was done incorrectly. This could have been a whole different story had the plug give way! The engine would not have lasted more then 2 minutes. I would not recommend this garage or trust this garage to do the simplest of jobs!
If you get a problem go elsewhere, they're okay if you're buying but backup is mediocre
Very good service
